ex pat salaries

hello,
I am preparing to finaliize a position with a company offering me an expat position here in the philippines. It is a specialized traning position, with very specific needs, and I have 10 years experience in this particular field. They are preparing an offer letter and I am cueless as to what I can expect. It is a US based company. I will be required to move, all be it still in the philippines, I live in cebu but will ned to transfer. I am a us citizen as well. I have never dealt with this scenario before so any input would be appreciated regarding salaries and expat packages.
