Buying a subdivision house

Hello all,
I'm interested in the possibility of buying a house in a subdivision, possibly in Baguio City. I'm particularly interested in rent-to-own schemes.
Does anyone know where to start? Can anyone recommend a reputable real estate company that I could approach in the first instance?
