Telemarketing Philippines

I have a long-time journalist background plus 7-8 years of out-bound telemarketing experience. Like so many Americans guys I am seeing here, I have a fiancee' and her family in the Philippines. She lives in Cagayan de Oro. It blows my mind to see the CDO economy somewhat booming.
Are there any investors reading this who want to make some money and enjoy the experience of starting a small high-tech phone room? Or, does anyone know somebody who is running a phone room now, anywhere in the Philippines.
