ANYONE IN THE PHILIPPINES HAD ANY EXPERIENCE WITH BREAKING A RENTAL LEASE? i HAVE A 2 YR RENTAL LEASE AND HAVE HAD MY 2 YO DAUGHTER IN THE HOSPITAL HERE 3 TIMES IN 6 MONTHS WITH THE HOSP FAILING TO FIND THE ISSUE. i NEED TO RETURN TO THE STATES FOR PROPER MEDICAL ATTENTION AND WILL LEAVE THE HOME. THE LANDLORD WANTS 2 MONTHS ADDITIONAL RENT FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT IS ANY ONE FAMILIAR WITH THE LAWS OR CONTACTS HERE? NEED HELP
