ACCOUNTANT
Applies accounting principles to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports by compiling information, preparing profit and loss statements, and utilization of the appropriate accounting control procedure.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports.
2. Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
3. Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
4. Analyze and review budgets and expenditures for local, state, federal, and private funding, contracts, and grants.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Graduate of Accountancy. CPA is not a requirement but preferred
2. 2 years of experience in the field is a requirement
3. Knowledge of financial and accounting software applications.
4. Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations.
5. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections.
6. Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.

Inventory Controller
Shall be responsible for providing support to the warehouse operations, including product inventory, monitoring of stock level and its replenishment, as well as in preparation of related reports.
Requirements
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
* With 2 years experience in the same capacity
* Competence in all facets of production planning and inventory control process.
* With good oral and written communication skills
* Computer literate and has keen anlytical mind.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
