restaurants in Manila

Well I am a 50 year old retired guy fromthe US who stays in Manila for 3 months a year, Cebu for 3 months of the year and then back to the US where I live and travel in my RV...
I am not hurting for money at all, but it bothers me to have dinner with 6 friends at the Manila Bay Hotel and spending 28000p for dinner and a few drinks... I love the Aristocrate, Max's and even shakey's pizza but I am looking for other good restaurants in that area of Manila. I always stay by the American Embassy close to Roxas Blvd... Also I go to a great club, The L.A. Cafe, beautiful women, good music and great reasonably priced drinks.
well if anyone has other suggestions as to where to eat in Manila or Makati, i would really like your suggestions.....
Also (OMG I am asking for a lot, sorry) but any info on Cebu City would also be great. Ayala and SM Malls, and waterfront hotel arre so a little old. Thanks in advance for any help regarding me getting fat and drunk and enjoying life.........
