I am a Filipino here and just received an email indicating that there is a company in Sweden who is interested in hiring me for a job.
now my question here is that how will i know if this is just a scam or for real, the following procedures where sent to me via email and it happens to have a fee of 33 euro prior for me to proceed with the first step indicated below for me to be able to secure first my "employment bureau enrollment index".

Stages of the procedure
1st Stage - Preparation of application documents and sending them to your employer in Sweden. Here, at this stage is the one and only expense covered by you in the whole process. Deadline for completing this stage is 14th February
2nd Stage - The employer receives your documents and processes them towards formal job offer and sends the formal job offer to you. This is the main document in order for you to receive work permit and work visa for Sweden.
3rd Stage – You deposit the formal job offer in the embassy and receive your work permit and work visa
4th Stage - You arrive in Sweden where a representative of the employer and our team meet you at the airport. You will be given orientation meeting and taken to your accommodation in your case family accommodation is provided and covered by your potential employer.
5th Stage - Start of your new job and life in Sweden with your family.
