Australian wants investor in cebu for a hotel.

Im a 28 yo metal fabricator. Im planing to lease land for 50 years with the option to extend 25 and build a hotel on it. In that hotel i will employ 10 people or more to hold my visa. I am looking for investors to invest in my project.
It will be done legit and legally through a lawyer. But the business will bee owned, built and run by me. You will recieve payments of profits depending on amount invested and total cost of setup. After 5 years there will be a buyout/sell option. I believe in that time you will double your money.
