Traveling to the Philippines via Okinawa

I am confused and worried bout the costs traveling from Okinawa to Manila. websites are charging $800 U.S. dollar for a small flight from the islands. I saw somewhere on some websites that flight from Manila to Hong Kong were $250-300. Can someone tell me not to worry. Tell me if prices are cheap once I'm there and not while I'm trying to find out specific prices on the internet. It cost $1100.00 round trip from Kansas City to Manila, it couldn't cost $800 as seen on orbitz, kayak, priceline etc.., Restating main question: Are flight prices cheap from Okinawa to Manila? I will use (Space - A) military flights to get to Okinawa. Getting to Manila via Okinawa is on me.
