I had requested info about retiring in the Philippines from the Philippine Retirement Authority on their information request form in their website (note this form has been removed in the last few months. I had sent this request several times starting in April 2011 until the request form page on the website disappeared. I never received any information mailed by to my home address. On December 5, 2011 I Emailed the PRA General Manager's Office and received an Email back from the head of the PRA Marketing Dept. He requested my full home address and name and he would make sure it was mailed (snail mail) right away. Today is Feb. 23, 2012 and I still have received nothing. I have tried to Email this person many times in the last few weeks, but his Email Server always returns the Email to me. I sent an Email to the PRA General Manger's Office also and it was not returned by the Email Server. However, I have never received a reply form the PRA's General Manager's Office. It has been quite frustrating and the PRA does not answer many of my questions with there online information. This PRA department reminds me of the American Association of Retired Persons (AARP) in the USA, but the PRA membership is way more expensive.
So I am interested to know if anyone else has had experience with the PRA, either good or bad, and what may be going on with them that I can not get any information or replies to my inquiries.
