MEDICAL FOR NAVY RETIREE

I will move to Davao this Nov with my spouse and have heard retiree's get medical exams at St Luke's in Manila. Do I travel to Manila on my own or is that an annual expense covered by TRICARE? Also, how does TRICARE work for my spouse in the PI? Thanks for any info and happy I found this site.
