V.A. Direct deposit to Philippines

Can someone tell me if the V.A. when depositing V.A. Compensation into a Philippine bank will, can or has the ability of putting my money into my bank as pesos. This would save me having to have deductions by the bank for converting U.S. dollars to pesos. If they don't I will use OzForex which does currency exchange transactions guaranteeing a high rate than what banks leave in one's account after money conversion. Please help me with this information. I just received a International Direct deposit enrollment form from the V.A. and on it it has a check off block asking if my account is U.S. dollars or local currency. If they can I would obviously like to have my compensation deposited with pesos of equal conversion value to the U.S. dollar. Can someone help me if they have this similar experience?
