Philippines post office

Maybe I should know better but I will ask.

Any one know anything about the Philippine post office? I mailed a package 5 weeks ago. The USPS shows the package arriving in the Philippines 11/27. I can not find out anything about it now. It arrived at some sort facility in Manila.
Anyone have a phone number for the sort facility?
Or who to call to find the package?
Is there any kind of tracking in the Philippines?
