inquiry for separation

Im a filipina, married for 2 years to a belgian man in philippines. i came to switzerland and live here because he is working here. my visa is permit b like him. things arent ok between the 2 of us, hes been difficult and rude to me since i arrived in switzerland. we had no sexual contact since i came to switzerland, i suspect hes suffering from an e.d problem which he never admits, my inquiry is, which court has jurisdiction of me, belge, swiss or philippines? i want to separate and find a job, is that possible or can he revoke my visa? am i governed of which law? i am so confuse and no one to talk to as my husband is very manipulative of me...i cant go out and he doesnt allow me to hold a single amount of money.
