Good beach resort town within 6 hrs of Manila

Hi Everybody, I'll be going to Manila soon and would like to spend a couple weeks in a beach town with decent hotels, good swimming, not too touristy, 3-6 hours by car from Manila. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks!
