Careers in beautiful Philippines!

I visited Cebu and Bohol last March and fell in love with country and culture. I was hoping to get some advice and suggestions regarding teaching careers. I have mostly worked in higher education in the states but I am certified to teach grades 7-12 as well. I hold Ph.D. in Educational Psychology and a Masters in Counseling. I have been told by a few that international schools are a possibility and maybe teaching English Second language. I am not worried about making a ton of money, just to have a good quality of life and enjoy a new culture. Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
