Philippine Made Cell Phones

I am currently in the U.S and have no plans on purchasing a phone here as they are too expensive without a 2 yr plan.

Does Anyone have any experience with any of the Philippine made cell phones?

Good, Bad or Otherwise.

I am planning on getting a smartphone upon arrival in Cebu, and I would like to get honest opinions and ratings of the different phones available.

I am aware of Cherrymobile, Myphone, Starmobile, Torque & O+.

What I am trying to find out is... has anyone bought from any of these manufacturers and what is your opinion of the phone.
