Health insurance Philippines

I hope maybe someone can help I would like to
No how and what health insurance I can get while
Living in the Philippines I am a resident I have a
Filipino wife and 3 children born in the Philippines
I was working in uk for the summer and going
To my home in Cebu with my family for the winter
Unfortunately last sept I was in the gym and had
A heart attack I went to Chung hua hospital and
Had stenting I had no insurance and it cost me
£9000 pounds it was hard to get help I tried the British embassy but all they said was they will ring the uk for me but I had no one who could help
After saying to them what can I do what if I die here there answer was that depends wether you want to be cremated or buried it was a stressfull time I still have no idea what or how to go about getting insurance where to start does anyone have any informAtion or advise for me .
