Is this the best option for calling abroad to the US? I have no experience with it if someone can give me a rundown of how it works, the set up process, the cost. I will have my laptop and internet access where I go. I also plan on using Facebook and Skype, but I'll need something for actual phone calls. Thank you for your advice.
