Sorsogon

Hello I will be moving to sorsogon philippines next year. my wife and i own our house there. we also own a 1 hector rice field and 2 rental houses that we went for borders for collage kids. and a sarisari store. that her sister runs . her sister also takes care of the rice field and boarding houses. we get back there a couple times a year to visit. but looking foward to fulltime we will make are next visit in october of this year. I am retired military also. so just wondering if anyone knows of other expats in bicol region. are house is in sorsogon city.
