Attn: Rogerdaisy. I am a military retired veteran living here in the Philippines and I am enrolled in Tricare. I have had very good success using it here. Do you have Medicare Part B? As far as I know, you cannot use Tricare without it, here in the Philippines. My comment is based solely on my personal experience, so I cannot speak for anyone else.
