Quota visa

I am an American expat(67) retired now in Baguio city since Aug 2012.I am filing my application in Manila on May 18th next week for a quota visa based on my teaching background.I have consulted an attorney and have all my docs prepared.Does any one know the specifics of this QV?Is it good indefinitely as long as I teach? If I stop teaching English is it cancelled? Can I teach part time or full time?None of this is explained online at BI website so I really dont know.I dont wanna spend 20,000 pesos for the application fee and then not be approved as the application fee is non-refundable.Please reply at my email [email protected] and name is Jimmy.Have a nice day!
