Any fair priced health insurance ...

Taking into account the quality of the services and facilities ? Not paying U.S. prices or anything close to that. It has been suggested to just pay as you go on INTERNATIONAL LIVING forum but it doesn't make sense that somebody doesn't offer health insurance at a FAIR PRICE reflective of the real costs. I know about PHILHEALTH but feel more comfortable with a traditional western style insurance. The western companies, yes ALLIANZ I'm talking about you are outrageously overpriced for the benefits you might receive. I also heard the hospitals don't take insurance but that you have to pay and seek reimbursement.

Any rec's on hospitals in Cebu ? I hear ChungHua and Cebu Doc.
