Who are you going to call and how?

I am on several PI forums and have searched the topic, but can't find anything on the subject.

If you have an emergency ie, fire, burglary, assault, how do you contact the first responders. Of course in the US we dial 911. I have not read anything on this service in the PI. So who are you going to call to report the situation and how do you do it?
