moving to the philipinnes to get married and stay there

i plan on moving to the Philippines very soon to get married and to live there indefinitely, i was wondering what paper work will i have to go through to do this? i understand about getting papers from US embassy, but is there more to be able to stay there?? visa and such?? become duel citizen?
