Satellite internet

I currently have PLDT DSL at about $35 US per month. Its a good connection. But I'm wondering if any of you have experience with satellite internet here. Some have told me it sucks. I looked up the prices and for about $100 US per month I can have a dish and internet.

The reason is I have an internet business that makes a few hundred a month and we would like to move out of the city to a rural area away from the noise and pollution. My wife and I both have experience farming and we just enjoy growing things.
