Marriage. No visa? Just Passport?

Hi. My name is Marcus.

To make a long story short, I'm trying to figure out what I would need to Marry my 19 year old girlfriend in the Philippines.

I'm 24. She'll be 19 in February.

As an American, was is required for me to Marry this young lady? I plan to be living there, and doing a Missionary work for Jesus.

Please let me know everything I need, and if I can Marry her with just a Passport, since I don't have 5,000 - 10,000 for a tourist visa.

I would be using the Privilege of a Balikbayan stamp, and staying there with her and her family for a year, and her Dad would be my Pastor.

I told her not to take my last name. So after we get married, we can fly over to Singapore for our Honeymoon, and come back with the marriage certificate, and receive the Balikbayan pass. Then, she can decide to take my last name, and change her Passport name to mine.

What do I need to make this as painless as possible? I'm going to be going there in March. Can I marry her within the allocated time I have? (30 days?)

God bless you. Thank you very much =)
