Who's being taken advantage?

A good number of Expats in this forum are what over 55? A good number of that 55+ are married to women 20+ years their senior. In the West, unless your in Hollywood or filthy reach that happens for someone to marry with that big age gap.
Also a good number who moved and became an Expat are stretching that lbs/$/etc., have disabilities or with a child that requires constant care.

Since joining this forum, I have gathered from the many posts; Expats are under the impression and even others believe its the truth, the population are all uneducated and poor. In extreme cases there are Expats that believe they are smarter than the whole country. Who's being taken advantage of?
