Im traveling to Dumaguette for a few days in December.Need goodvalue/ location hotel.
Then I want to check out Tagaytay for a month or two. Need good apt or condo or house to rent.

Then I'd like to check out Baguio during the summer for three months or so. There I need first hotel recomendations . Centrally located good value.
So I can look for an apt there as well, nice but not to far from shopping as I will be using taxis and public transportation.
I'm checking out places by actually living in different areas with my girl to see what I/we would prefer.
I realize that you my have experience in one of the places but not the others.
My first stop in Dumaguette is just a vacation.
In Dumaguette All I need is a well located hotel with a good price.
