Applying for a 13a non quota visa

Hiya

I currently am a permanent resident in Newzealand and married to a Filipino, im planning on moving there in the next few months if all goes well with my visa application. My question is , back in 2001 in the UK i was arrested for having cannabiss , i was wondering if this was going to be a problem on my application? i have had a letter back from the ministry of justice confirming i have no criminal record in NZ as the application for the visa only requests criminal record check from country of residence.
