New Look Currency?

Can someone tell me what's going on with the Phils change to new look bank notes. I understand the existing currency is not compliant with World Bank standards and is being replaced with new notes. When is this happening, and how long do you have to exchange your existing currency? What should you do if you're overseas and have old notes?
