I am 30 years old. I am a US Veteran on 70% disability. My health care is taken care of by the US Veterans administration. I am thinking strongly about moving to Naga City or Cebu because my disability income would go further there than in South Florida. I am also a PADI SCUBA Instructor and can manage to work at least part time.
