Tagaytay Area Rental

I'm looking for a long term rental in the Tagaytay area in October. No car so I'd like to be close to bus line. I'm thinking ideally 20-30 minutes away in hopes of keeping the rent down. I will have my Ilocano GF be the "face person" again in hopes of keeping the rent down. I'm looking for a 2-Bdr, Furnished, w/ Satellite TV availability and Internet. A swimming pool (community of otherwise) is a must. I'd be grateful if anyone could offer a rough guess as to what I can expect to pay. My thanks in advance.
