Hi I think this will apply mainly to UK ex Pats Recently I tried pay my Credit Card bill in my Bank here in the Philippines despite the fact I have my Pension paid direct into a bank here unless you have a locally issued credit card it is virtually impossible to pay any UK payments from here so now I have to transfer my UK Pension back into my uk bank I dont know if anybody else has had the same problems as it seems to be all geared up for the American ex pats by what I have heard even though I gave the bank the international codes and account number they just did not want to know
