TIEZA travel tax

I will be making a visa run next month. Been here 3 yrs and must leave for one day and then return to begin another 3 yrs. If anyone has done this recently I need to know if I must pay this special TIEZA travel tax of about 1620 pesos at the aiport?? Also, is the airport in MAnila still charging the terminal fee of 550 pesos? Thank you
