I have been reading many topics on this board and I have seen an overwhelming group of responses to be full of contempt, anger, spite, and a slew of other things.
IMO people who are looking at this board, if they are new, and start reading posts would run.
There are some that truly want to help, but those are overshadowed by the people that post comments just to be spiteful and mean.
I would hope anyone going to the Philippines never runs into those expats because they would defiantly get the wrong impression of how an expat should act.
I have seen the (gronk, hammer head, snide, twonk) comments from almost every country posting on this board so everyone (ones who are making comments) gives it a go.
I'm not sure why the offending expats do this, maybe it makes them feel better about the situation they are in or they just truly want to be mean and it makes themselves feel better.
I do think that the really bad offenders should be banned from this board so that it's intended use of helping people doesn't get lost in all the slander.
I would hope this board cleans up it's act. (I'm only referring to the offending people, NOT everyone)
