Marry here or there!??!

Hello I am a US citizen and have been living here now two years with my Philippine GF. Marrage has always been a consideration for us. Recently my own financial situation took a turn for the better so now the both of us want to move to the US.
My primary question revolves around the issue of her entering the US with the least amount of hassles.
The question for which I would appreciate some input is: should we marry here or there????
