Hello,
just registered to this forum and looking fwd to adding to the discussions. I have two concrete questiions, re: property. 1/ My wife (from the Philippines) and I have bought a lot in Palawan through a contact, linked to an agency. We have received a countersigned sales contract and a countersigned waiver of rights (whereby the previous owner waives all rights to the lot). But we have not received a proper title or deed yet, as we were informed there is currently a total ban in Palawan on processing titles/deeds for properties. Is anybody in the same situation, that is awaiting the official title/deed? Any suggestions on where to find out more about this temporary ban? 2/ Does anybody have an idea of the cot of a roll of barbed wire (150 m/roll), and where it can be bought? Looking fwd to your responses.
