KI visa

My Filipino fiance was issued her KI visa today in Taiwan where she has worked for 10 years to come to the US with me to marry. Now that she had her KI, can she travel straight to US or does she have to go back to Philippines first since she is in Taiwan on work visa? Thanks for any info ASAP. Johnny
