Urgent HELP please

Hi all, I've joined because my dad is in big trouble in Philippines. He has fallen on extremely hard times and I really really really need someone to check on him please. He will desperately be in need of an English speaking native friend right now. He is English and he is living in a makeshift house in Morong Bay.
