Question on a Probationary Visa 13A

I was issued my Probationary Visa 13A today and I fail to ask if I can fly out of PI for a few week while on Probationary Status? I was told by another expat that he thinks I can not. I'm schedule for a trip to VN in Feb '17 and i do not want to miss it.
