Balikbayan Entry

I am an American Expat currently living in the Philippines pursuant a Balikbayan. My Filipino wife and I are traveling to the USA and returning to the Philippines and traveling together. I plan on another entry into the Philippines pursuant a Balikbayan Privilege. The question is, will I be subject to a requirement of a departure airline ticket within 30 days of entering the Philippines? When I traveled to the Philippines from the USA the last time, I had a departure ticket. I was ask about it in LA but that was the only time and it was easy to get the stamp by Immigration in the Philippines. I also traveled to Hong Kong recently on Cebu Airlines and was never ask about a departure ticket on the return. Any comments and recommendations will be appreciated.
