Hi there, I am an American Citizen with a Permanent Residence Visa here in the Philippines. I got my Permanent residence Visa on October 31std, 2013. I retied on MArch 16th 2011 and have been iving here since. . . . My Filipina and I were married on July 24th, 1997. I was working in Saudi Arabia so we lived there for 16 years during which time we supported her two illegitimate children, she never married their father (Both are now grown and in their mid and late 30's). After my retirement we continued to s pport the two illegitimate children. One is a male now 39 years old and the other a female, 37 yeas old and married with five children. They pretty much wiped us out financially.
My wife died on October 24th, 2016 and I told all who were living in the hosue I had built that they had to pick up a share of the expenses to run this house. Something they had never done. The step daughter and her husband have gone to Qatar (That is a very long story) and the step son has moed out of the house and has notified me, by letter, that he wants to discuss his mothers estate with me.
For the past 22 years I have been the one to support this family financially 100%. The property and the house I am living in was paid for by me 100%.
What sort of trouble am I looking at?
Before you say it please allow me, "I know I am a complete smuck!" But as it is said, Love is blind!
Thank you . . . R ickAlpha
