Hello everyone. I recently moved to Angeles City, Pampanga and hold a probationary 13a residence visa. As I understand, one of the first orders of business is to request an address change within 30 days of moving. Where does one go in Angeles City to do this? Second, my visa is due for conversion to permanent status in June 2017. One of the requirements is an NBI Clearance renewal. A Google search shows that an NBI office has recently opened in Angeles City, but it is not listed among many that appear in the main NBI site. Last time I applied for the NBI clearance in Manila, I did this online and later completed the formalities at the main Manila office. Can this be done in Angeles City? Your responses/guidance would be greatly appreciated. I am trying to avoid making several trips to Manila, if I can have the NBI renewal right here in AC. Thanks!
