Maid, Drivers services, and home financing

I will be moving to the PI in November, my wife (filipina) and our children, will be following in the spring. What is the cost of a maid and driver to be paid in pesos a month. I will be staying at in laws home and finishing it and then look for a home in Batangas City. Also wanting to know how getting a loan and financing home works. I will be on ssdi with yearly salary around 1.9 mil a year.
