Transportation in Tagaytay

My Fiance and I are spending a month in Tagaytay, boots on the ground, looking for a place to rent for one year.

Can anyone here tell me where we could rent a Car or Motorcycle to get around? I've read that grab taxi doesn't work in Tagaytay. Thanks!
