How Long does the Frustration Period Last??

Just a little Rant. But, before I start a little about my situation so you know where I'm at mentally. I moved here to the philippines middle of april this year, So has not yet been 3 months at time of writing this. I'm not a well experienced traveler, Only been out of the USA once for short visit to canada LOL.

I was well prepared for a couple years, mostly watching vloggers on youtube ( Why they never talk about the cons only the good stuff ) They painted philippines like a paradise. Anyways, I was well aware that their be a adjustment period. I came here with a well-level head willing to accept everything and the culture here. As I know I'm just a guest and have no intention of bringing my country with me.

Here goes my rant... Is it natural to go through a frustration period once the Vacation mode is done? Am I being unreasonable , or am I becoming that foreigner that complains too much?

Again it's been less then 3 months, out of this time I don't know if some days I should Cry or just Laugh at how somethings so simple are made so difficult here.

From not having working water 33% of the time, To having to sort through my garbage and wait on the garbage man and pray that they will accept it this time. The words " Not Available " is such a common word I hear everday. Then why is it on the menu, LOL. I seen a pack of wild dogs yesterday literally trying to eat a goat alive yesterday. I tossed some rocks at a distance to save that goats life. I'm a runner, My jogging trail consist of jumping over garbage, dog crap, to whatever else you may find on the road. I was told by the garbage pick up that they don't want food, I'm to just toss that outside . WTF? Again, I realize that i must adjust from my western mentality, so is this normal for first time movers here, How long does the Frustration Period Last. I don't want to turn into a alcoholic to deal with this but lately it seems to be the only thing that gives me pleasure at the end of the night.
