Helpers ( Maids ) LIve in ? I want to pay fair wage, How much should I pay ? Do I offer benefits?

Being only less then 3 months living in philippines. I decided I want to hire a helper, I won't be too demanding, I want to be very fair. How much should I expect to pay and do i offer benefits? what benefits , Phil health etc, Do they work only 5 days a week or 6 days. What expenses would be expected on my end . Any one that has a helper what is a realistic expectation of there work day. Thank you in advance.
