I'm new here in the philippines been here not even 3 months. Being nice here I'm finding out is not worth it.. Now I have several people in the community asking for money. I said NO , now they seem to have changed their friendly tone towards me. I feel hated , LOL WTH? whats the best way to turn down a money request without people getting pissed off.
