Selling Real Estate - are these people normal?

Here is the text of an ad (copied letter by letter):

Of course the main point is that it tells nothing about any individual lot. Perhaps they are elastic (you can buy by the hectare, but 4 lots left contradicts that.

(This is not about renting vs buying, just observing the stupidity how people waste other people's time).
